Appointments
Please make sure that you have an appointment at a specified time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance and we will be happy to help you. If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, kindly call us as soon as possible. Please be advised that your failure to keep your appointment might aggravate your medical condition or lead to a more serious illness. Please call us so we may help you.

Your First Visit
Please make sure that you have enough time for your visit, which usually takes about two hours. You can help Dr. Meriden and his staff by bringing with you your medications, any recent test results, lab or x-rays, and your insurance card.

In Case Of Emergency
If you have an emergency, please report to the emergency room at once and have them call Dr. Meriden. If you have a problem, however, or developed an unexpected reaction, please call Dr. Meriden’s office or his answering service. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
